The Camellia House at the Planting Fields Arboretum, Oyster Bay, New York. The Camellia Greenhouse (Lowell & Sargent/Olmsted Bros. 1917-1922) was built specifically to house the vast Camellia collection at Planting Fields. Currently the Camellia collection consists of over three hundred plants blooming from November to March

. Some of the plants in the collection are from the original collection brought over from the Isle of Guernsey off the coast of England.
