1968 AEC Merlin/MCW in Winchester during 2017 Friends of King Alfred running day. New to Aldenham Works in January as one of the first AEC Merlins for London Transport's Country Area. Worked at Amersham, High Wycombe, Hemel Hempstead and Leatherhead. Withdrawn after 10 years' service due to the relevant failure of the model and bought by present owner in 2008.
