ATC - 'Key To Her Heart' - for MAMMA trade
For the current theme which is 'The Jumble (Rummage) Sale' and had to include a background technique, fabric, metal and a triangle.
Background - I used the 'Layered Masking Tape' technique described by Claudine Hellmuth in her book 'Collage Discovery Workshop: Beyond The Unexpected' It's a very easy technique of applying random shaped strips of masking tape onto the background, burnished down well, gel medium, then acrylic paints buffed off with a paper towel.
Fabric - part of an old shoe lining (it doesn't smell honest!) onto which I applied an image transfer.
Metal - the key
Triangle - the lace at the top right hand corner.
