Little Red Valentine ATC

ATC I made for Valentine's Day. I used a playing card for the base, covered it with tissue paper from a vintage pattern, added some glitter stripes with red line tape, a brad and some buttons, and a little girl fussy cut from a scan of a vintage pattern envelope.
