Water Leak/Ceiling

Living room ceiling / Bath above / According to past maintenance records this has had many prior leaks over and over again / A huge hole was cut in the ceiling and the most unbelievable smell came from there / The ceiling was patched and before they came back to texturize another leak had developed.
