DB loaded cement.

One of the last DB loaded cement runs on the S&C before GBRF take over in June (and possibly one of the last in this path), a rather tatty 66088 heads north at Birkett with 6S00 Clitheroe - Mossend loaded cement tanks. 23/05/18
