oops. got so excited, i forgot to take pictures. construction takes about an hour. maybe a little over. took me two days because i didn't have a soldering iron at the house.

 

i made a couple of stupid mistakes that you might try to avoid. the instructions for connecting the wifi riser to the main board say to attach the cable to the riser with the shiny side up, but both sides looked shiny to me and i randomly chose the wrong side. if you look closely at the cable and the connectors, you can avoid this mistake. if you finish the build and everything seems to work except the wifi, you know what you did.

 

attached the squeeze switch to the battery connector. no excuse. i'm an idiot.
