Monument Valley, Utah...Under the Moon and the Stars above
This is one of the images that motivated me to go on this latest trip. For this day, I knew the moonrise would be at 4:10am and sunrise at 7:30am with clear skies. I waited, without much sleep and the image you see here, was taken approximately 45 minutes after the moonrise. I was not too hopeful for much, because the forecast called for clear skies. I was blessed with a million stars and some clouds, to give this nights cape a magical drape to the beauty that is Monument Valley, the sacred land of the Navajos.
This panorama was made from three 24mm images, stitched is PS.
As always, thanks for stopping by and looking. I appreciate your visits and comments.
