Bagpipe Serenade

We had a nice moment Sunday morning when Jamie Orr (?) serenaded the docks with his bagpipes. The video quality is too low to actually see him on the other dock but the sound recording is nice, one can get the idea anyway. The harbor bell chiming at the end was a nice touch...
