DipInHaridwaaraGangaa

The Gangaa (the Ganges), the most sacred of our rivers, starting from the Himalayas and meeting the Bay of Benagal near Kolkata. It has many sacred places along its banks and this one Haridwaar is one of them.

 

We believe that taking a dip in this river washes away all sins committed knowingly or unknowingly. Here the water is still very cold as it has not travelled very far from the Himalayas.
