Laxey - Isle of Man 2009

This is a shot from a recent long weekend to the Isle of Man.

 

This is "Lady Isabella" - a waterwheel at Laxey mines, and one of the islands most famous sites. I used a 3-stop ND filter to get the shutter speed of 0.5 secs to get some movement in the wheel.

 

There's been some post-production work in Lightroom and Photoshop - mostly involving curves and cropping.
