Edelgard von Hresvelg - one of the protagonists from the latest Fire Emblem entry. A game that I have yet to play, sadly - being responsible kind tends to result in these sort of things, I suppose.
I picked this one up loose, but the price was right and apparently there's some crazy resurgence in demand for this particular figure - not that MSRP was particularly low (it's a Nintendo Figma so, 8,800 yen or so is pretty much the entry price).
Like Lucina and Corrin before her, Edelgard doesn't really come with many accessories - it's really two face plates, a base weapon, trademark weapon, some hands, and a stand/base.
In terms of the actual Figma itself, it's a solid outing as usual. I didn't look into it, but I imagine there's probably some discrepancy between source art and final product, but the paint work and sculpting itself are what you'd expect from a Figma, finer details and all.
I've got a loose waist joint on mine and the right weapon hand doesn't seem to grip quite well - not sure if mine was just bad QC, or this was a product wide issue.
