29-November-2021: a strong North wind at high altitude, light/moderate at 1100m a.s.l. from where I took this shot, absent in the valley where there is a growing thermal inversion, raises the fresh snow from the peaks of Bìvera and Clapsavon (as per notes ) in that meteorological phenomenon (not a hydrometeora, even if, on the leeward sides, there can be huge piles/wind accumulation, but it is only snow dragged from place A to place B) which is defined in the international term as "Blowing Snow".
