This 鳶, tobi, was soaking up a few rays on Notojima before flying off to start the day. You gotta watch out for these guys though, I've seen one swoop down and grab an ice cream cone out of a ladies hand quicker than you can blink. To paraphrase an old Japanese saying: 能ある鳶 は爪を隠す!
