Sate Serepeh Rembang

Chicken satay unique to Rembang regency in Central Java. The chicken meat is marinated with marinade mixture of coconut milk, chili paste and salt. The satay sauce uses the same ingredients, but of course made separately for hygiene, sanitation reason.
