You can't tell from this photo but my chin/mouth/under my nose is a nice red rash. My seborrheic dermatitis was actually perioral acne. The steroid cream I was on for a month actually made it worse. Then the antibiotic cream I tried last week made my skin break out in a rash. So now we're on oral antibiotics and leaving it alone. I've got my fingers crossed.
