Grand Prismatic @ Yellowstone National Park 2022
I hadn't been to Yellowstone since the summer of 1986. My parent's took me when I graduated the 8th grade. It made what I'd call an indelible life-lasting impression. Yellowstone and Wyoming became permanent fixtures in my life. As my son was graduating from the 8th grade this year I felt a return trip was the perfect gift, for both of us. There are trips, I told him, and then there are awe inspiring trips. Our trip here in early June 2022 was nothing short of breath-taking, amazing, and life altering. I can only hope that my return trip doesn't take so long. And I'd like to reexplore it with my best friend...my son...who I brought here to see for himself.
