Expired 2002

I bought rolls of Konica Centura 200 negative film expired 8/2002 from the flea market. These roll may not keep properly in cool place so I need to conpensate +7 stops for explosure. This shot taken by coinceidence that I forget to change the setting of my PEN EES-2 to automode. Only 19 shots survive (those which got +7 stops!). How can I know it's +7 stop? I also shot digital and calculated base on the digital shot.
