Simplicity 3868: Child's One piece Dress: The bodice of this dainty dress buttons at back and has wide tie ends. The full skirt, with wide yoke, is gathered around the waistline. V1 & 2: lace edging trims the peter pan collar and short puffed sleeves. V1 & 3 feature a scalloped overskirt. V3 has a square neckline and double sleeve ruffles. Dress skirt and upper sleeve ruffle are eyelet of embroi8dered fabric.
