Cut and Incomplete with 17 of 18 pieces and instructions.***This pattern is missing piece #12 which is the front interfacing which is definitely not a problem and could easily be created from tissue.***
Duck appliqués are included.
Three section dress, pleated in back and front, back buttoned angel top with matching bloomers and bubble rompers buttoned part way in back. Dress is back buttoned and pleats are stitched in place a few inches below shoulders. Bloomers have elastic in leg opening casings. All views are sleeveless, upper sections are faced and buttoned edges are interfaced with organdy. Instructions for Duck applique are included in pattern.
