Assignment 1

Assignment 1:

 

This is a picture of my six year old and two year old cousins. They are brothers and have great fun together.

 

I am a senior at UNC. I am currently working full time at Wachovia until I finish up my degree. (I am only 2 classes away!)

 

I am taking this class for two reasons. 1. I have always been a lover of photography. 2. I got this really cool (but complicated) camera for Christmas and I want to learn how to use it properly. I love taking pictures of anything. I especially like taking pictures of children as they are exploring and learning new things. So you will see a lot of those over the course of the semester.

 

I have several favorite photographers but I am going to go with a local studio owner, Tamara Lackey. She takes great black and white photos of children and families. She makes everything look gorgeous. She has a great eye.
