Time out by Jackie

This was taken in Guildford last year & it kind of sums our lives up at the moment - Peter has been diagnosed with a painful arthritic condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis which is affecting his hips & spine, there is treatment but his doctor can't start him down this road as his blood tests are throwing up some weird results & need to be under control before he can determine the correct course of treatment - because of this Peter is very down at the moment & whilst still relatively mobile he tires easily & the pain kicks in if he is on the go too long. I have been away with work on & off over the last few weeks & haven't been around as much as I would like which in itself is taking its toll. Then to top it all our Big white Moses cat started to lose weight rapidly & has now been diagnosed as being Diabetic & is having to have twice daily Insulin injections & numerous trips to the vets. So in light of all of the above we have decided to take time out from flickr for awhile or at least until life returns to some sort of normality. You definitely haven't seen the last of us we will return. Please do not feel the need to comment on this picture as although we still regularly check on & enjoy all of your work we cannot promise we will be able to comment back for awhile.
