Kristi Noem is our Director of Homeland Security.
She had said that she planned to do a press conference on the north side of the Governor’s mansion this morning at 10.
The crowd that had gathered was told of at least two other places that she had been seen in Springfield. She never made an appearance on the north side of the Governor’s mansion. It’s clear to me now that she never really intended to.
