GP30 #715 was one or the rattiest looking of the Soo's fleet of GP30s.On March 20, 1987, it led three GP9s and a long train No. 3 bound of Superior out of Stevens Point.
The second floor of the depot houses the Stevens Point East and Stevens Point West dispatcher's desk. Don Binder ("Dispatcher DJB") was an old-head DS whose voice was often heard on the scanner on the days he worked the West Desk, usually first or second trick.
