Taken at yesterday's 'Potteries Connection' Running day based on the Gladstone Pottery musuem, Longton ex Bournemouth Weymann bodied Leyland Leopard CRU 103C is seen departing with a full load, duplicated by equally fully loaded Roadliner KRU 55F. Both buses proved immensley popular and the 'Fantasy Fleet' proprietors are indeed grateful to the folks from Winkleigh for their loan.
As the event was intended to have a Berresford theme to mark 25 years since that business ceased, 103 was suitably bedecked here in true Berresford style befitting a hurriedly pressed into service fleet addition. To aid authenticity, it's seen being driven by a genuine former company employee Alan Challinor.
