Making a meal of a Merlin
A little difficult at first to quite see what we're looking at ... but, there's a main picture with a close up view of part of the affected area.
In the years it's stood around, the ex LT MCW bodied AEC Merlin seen a few postings ago has, in part, had it's timber eaten away by some thoughless creature, quite likely 'Death watch Beetle' as the bored holes are too large for woodworm! All affected areas will now have to be replaced (probably with steel) in case any of the little blighters are still asleep in there.
