NBC Crewe.
A short while ago I posted a black and white shot of this duo but showing the rear of the Leopard and the front od the Seddon. This (former b&w) photo is from the same source, but I've spent a little while colourising it.
The Leopard tow-car is an ex North Western example and would have been acquired when a portion of that business came Crosville's way circa 1970 when NBC cut and carved it. The Seddon is one of the infamous delivery that Crosville ended up with when they allegedly couldn't get sufficient Bristol REs. The RU was an aquired taste and I think its fair to say that few developed that taste. The Crosville examples were almost universally unpopular with drivers. In this shot, it appears that it was having a minor re-furb or MoT as some of the rear seating is missing. In the last post, the front end was in the course of having accident damage sorted.
I believe that in the last few weeks the final remnents of the garage have disappeared.
