Moving Swiftly back.

This bus was believed to be the last rear engined AEC 505 type to have worked in Portugal. RR-29-17 was a UTIC (Lisbon) Integral type U2027, and from memory had a manual gearbox. Technically it wasn't a Swift, but for all intents and purposes it was in the same way in which a Monocoach was a chassisless Reliance. The bus had at the time of this photo, recently fallen into Arriva ownership due to the English company's acquisition of several of Northern Portugal's larger independent operators.
