It's nearly the time of the year again when our club, The Potteries Omnibus Preservation Society, holds its compact but perfectly formed 'Potteries Connection' Running day. This coming Sunday, based at the Gladstone Pottery Museum in Longton Stone on Trent, we'll be running six hours or more of free bus serices with heritage and preserved motors. Connecting services will run from Stoke railway station and also from the City Centre in Hanley. On the same day, First Potteries will be holding a depot open day at their one remaining garage and works at Adderley Green and there'll be regular buses linking the two sites. So, it you're at a loose end, pop along and join in the fun!
