Slumbering SB.

Well, actually, it was woken briefly from its slumbers in order that we could extract something else from the storage facilty ... but its been slumbering for quite some time all in all. The Plaxton 'Consort' bodied Bedford SB was set aside for preservation by the Bostock (of Congleton) family several years before the business passed to Holmeswood and it was stored at their garage largely under cover. With the passing of the Bostock brothers, it was sold into preservation, being acquired by another well know Cheshire enthusiast and businessman who's had it in his 'pending pile' ever since.

The picture was taken (by flickrite 'national bus is best') on my behalf as I'd forgotten my camera, during its brief sojourn outside.
