Tennis Shot

Lighting: 2 gridded AB800s for rim lights. AB800 in a gridded beauty dish camera right for main light. And a speedlight into a reflective umbrella for a bit of fill behind the camera and slightly right.

 

For the background I went out onto a tennis court at night. Put a speedlight on the baseline and shot away. The red flare was a lucky accident.
