discarded blue Scott nylon parka

I found this in a ripped open bin liner full of girls clothes and school stuff, looked like a bedroom clear out. There were magazines dated from June 2010 as well. The bag had been dumped with another bag containing bedding behind some garages for some private flats. There were also a couple of denim mini skirts, but they had started to rot quite badly. The Scott parka and school skirt and blazer cleaned up quite well with no staining.
