long black shiny down coat

I found this coat lying on a muddy grass verge at the side of a country lane. It was 3/4 burried in the ground and took some digging to free it without damage. In one of the pockets was a bunch of about 35 keys with numbered tags for each key and a 'call this phone number if found' tag. There was also a plastic money bag containing 2 twenty pound notes and some change as well as a driving licence and some club cards. I figured the coat must have fallen out of a passing vehicle.

I decided to call the number and asked for the owners name on the driving licence. She answered and was very happy about the keys and the money. She had no idea how the coat got there, she explained that she is a landlady and the keys were for some of her properties. In February she was helping her husband clear one of the properties, they took a van load of junk to landfill where she remembers taking off the coat and discarding it without checking the pockets first. So how the coat ended up where I found it was a mystery. Anyway, she told me to keep the money and send on the keys and cards. I did ask her if she wanted the coat but as expected she told me to dispose of it. It's a huge coat, it cleaned up perfectly well but really is worn out.
