Devotion

There is something unfinished about the elements in the picture. No obvious location, an Alderman's name you can't make out, a phone number for a shop but no shop name, and a bike without a front wheel. But a random quote in the window, "When love and skill work together, Expect a Masterpiece", brings some meaning where little exists.
