GP50 BN 3140 at "Hole in the Wall" May 4th 1989. Railroad rights of way seem a lot more clean and sanitized these days. I'm not sure if that's a difference in railroad management or a more formal railroad police effort. I'm also not sure that's a good thing or not but you don't see many overturned grocery carts along the tracks these days.
