Pork
-Rosemary crusted center cut bone-in pork chop served w/ poached pears, braised red cabbage and potato and caramelized red onion salad.
-Pulled pork sandwich and slaw. Pulled pork was braised in Jameson and beer, served with a homemade BBQ sauce and pickled red onions on a garlic butter brushed onion roll.
-Not pictured is a Panko crusted pork tenderloin served w/ a brandied caramel granny smith (gastrique), baked cheddar grits infused with roasted garlic, and sauteed cauliflower florets.
