Lost Horse Trail Overlook

We hiked the Lost Horse Trail loop beyond the Lost Horse Mine and came to an overlook where we could see Malapai Hill and its surrounding valley. Lost Horse Trail in Joshua Tree National Park is a nice afternoon's hike, with abandoned gold mines and mining equipment, a variety of different ecosystems, and a few longer views like this one.
