Salt Creek

A view of Salt Creek valley and the Panamint mountains behind it. Clouds hung on the Panamints all day, but moved in and out over Salt Creek. It was hard to keep up with the rapid changes in lighting, but some of the effects were fairly dramatic. The low hills on either side of Salt Creek are almost devoid of vegetation except in the washes near the creek.
