It was warm and windy at Helen Allison Savanna today, and the prairie grasses were flowing like swells on the ocean. Big bluestem (foreground), winter bentgrass (fine pinkish grass in the middle ground), and Indian grass (in the background; tentative ID) all added to the beauty of the scene. It was magical.
