his remarkable sight marks the battlefield at Curlew Pass is overlooked by an impressionistic sculpture by Maurice Harron called "The Gaelic Chieftain", unveiled in 1999.

 

It overlooks the N4 Bypass in Boyle, Co Roscommon (where Moonboy the TV series is set). You can drive off the main road and park right up by him to get out and have a look up close.
