Canine Negotiation
This is a canine negotiation. One Bonio will buy my shoe back. A wonderful moment in time when he just takes it in his head to negotiate for a Bonio. We have been playing this game for 12 years and his rules never change. The shoe is never damaged because he wants to use it again for yet another negotiation on his terms. He just brings me my shoe and stares at me from about 3 feet away. He knows what will happen next. He judges the distance to perfection. Close enough to tempt me to make a grab for it but far enough away for him to just move his head away and make me miss.
