Whilst waiting for a parcel delivery today which was running late, I raided the store cupboard to make this giant triple chocolate Brownie.
The base had dark chocolate in it with milk chocolate around the edge and white chocolate and clotted cream fudge pieces sprinkled over the top.
The white chocolate and fudge are sprinkled over when the Brownie is cooked so it only melts over the top.
The centre remained soft and goey inside the brownie itself.
Amazingly, you don't have to worry about calories if you only eat a teaspoon at a time.
The recipe claims it serves 12 people.
