Tricolour Smoothie - spectacular and delicious.

 

Top - banana and peanut butter

 

Middle - Blueberries and lemon juice

 

Bottom - kiwi and milled linseed

 

Healthy ingredients and counts towards your 5 a day!

 

If the layers are too juicy, strain and freeze for a few minutes until stiff before adding to the glass.

 

I should have topped it off with a spoonful of creme fraiche!
