Rustic sun dried tomato & chilli loaf

Rustic sun dried tomato and chilli loaf.

 

Made by hand into the shape of a rugby ball and not placed in a loaf tin.

 

The white flour has taken on the red from the sun dried tomatoes and chilli oil.

 

The Sheffield steel bread knife is at least 50 years old.
