BT - Unlucky service call on the 13th at 13:13

My BT telephone landline developed a fault which prevented any calls getting through.

 

I did not know there was a fault on the line as the phone just wasn't ringing.

 

I contacted BT via the internet and chose the option to "Chat with a Support Assistant" as this service is advertised as being available 7 days a week from 8am to 7:45 pm.

 

Except when you ring at 13:13 on the 13th when the service is clearly not available.

 

The curse of unlucky 13 lives on and I still have the fault on my landline.

 

A really unusual timing of the call which was 100% unplanned as I just happened to deal with this during my lunch hour.
