Half-way there...

My xmas dinner chook half cooked (although it looks a bit creepy like a little person!).

 

This was my first ever attempt at a Christmas dinner roast in a pre-xmas dinner for my family - as we will be with Tim's family for this Christmas day.

 

 

Done
