Day 40: Still under construction (2012 edition)
At one point, back in 2009, the signs advertised this as 'occupancy in 2010', It's 2012 and there's still signs claiming 'occupancy 2011'. 2013 anyone?
(At least they're actually building something here at last. It spent several years as a derelict building and then another year or so as a hole in the ground. I probably have pictures of or around it somewhere in my photostream, but of course not tagged so I have no chance of finding them.)
