Here is Rock Train 59 from the East 14th St overpass taken in the mid 70s by Tom Nixon. Back then there were a lot of tracks, and today just a few left and a lot of trees and weeds. The track closest to the bluff is the old FDDMS. The boxcars are on a interchange to the N&W(DMU). The 5th car is crossing the NW. About the 10th car is crossing the CNW(CGW). The track below the engines is the old RI EB and next to that leads to the old Iowa Transfer yard. To the right is now the Heartland Co OP an you can see in the back ground Short Line Tower.
