CGW 116C Waterloo IA 9-68 Phil Hastings

In Sept 1968 the late Dr.Phil Hastings captures a CNW SB Freight led by CGW 116C at Tower A in Waterloo. IA. Tower A was the crossing of the CGW with the Illinois Central Passenger Main, by this time not used much since the Hawkeye was stopping at a small shelter in Waterloo Yard The track the train is on still survives today as the UP Waterloo Sub operated by IANR
