Yellow Buses 173 MFX173W

These stunning looking Alexander AL bodied Leyland/Daimler Fleetlines, were once the backbone of Yellow Buses of Bournemouth. Now the argument between enthusiasts, is often which engine sounded better, the Leyland or the Gardner. I am a Gardner man so will lean towards the Growler, and seeing's how i used to own 175 and have driven 175 & 162, will always vouch for these engines. This Fleetline is seen in Gervis Place (Bournemouth Square) whilst changing destination blinds, ready for its next trip out from the square.
